„Die Lage ist gut, das appartment eine katastrophe!

Bei meinem Anliegen geht es darum, das ich euch empfehle diese Unterkunft über Booking nicht mehr anzubieten. Ich finde booking.com ein richtig cooles unternehmen, ich hatte Nie eine schlechte erfahrung gemacht mit euch. Ich bin sonst auch eine sehr positive Person und auch nicht so heikel. Aber dieses Apartment, ist eine Katastrophe. Einen Tag hat es Wasser und den nächsten tag wieder keins. Ich hatte es, so viel mal gemeldet und es wurde immer wieder kurz repariert und am nächsten tag, hatten wir wieder das gleiche problem. Wir konnten das ganze Geschirr nicht abwaschen, nicht duschen, „nicht”auf die Toilette gehen. Da wir aber dass mindestens mussten, will ich ihnen nicht sagen, wie es ausgesehen hat und gerochen hat in der ganzen Wohnung. Dann ist sowieso der ganze komplex Wartung bedürftig, auch für Thai Verhältnisse. Zur Info, ich bin zum vierten mal in Phuket und erlebe das so zum ersten mal. Die Zimmer reinigung kostet extra, ok kein Problem, wusste ich nicht. Die sind einmal gekommen, haben ca. 30min geputzt, sie waren 3 Personen ok. Erstens, es hatte immer noch teilweise Sand auf dem Boden, die Bettwäsche, hatte schon vorher richtige unübersehbare grosse braune flecken. Dann haben sie uns neue Bettwäsche gebracht, wieder mit braunen flecken. Nochmals, ich bin nicht heikel, aber das geht einfach nicht und ich habe für einmal Zimmerreinigung fünfzig Dollar gezahlt. So viel zahle ich in der schweiz, ist dafür perfekt und die Bettwäsche sauber. Dann auf dem Balkon, löst sich der parket Boden. Schrauben schauen heraus, die Bretter stehen sicher 5cm vom Boden weg. Super Verletzungsgefahr und jemand mit Kinder, will ich gar nicht wissen was passiert. Das ist in dieser art, meine erste Beschwerde an euch und auch sonst, habe ich zum Glück so etwas noch Nie erlebt und das würde ich au niemanden wünschen, so etwas zu erleben. So ein apartment, darf man einfach nicht anbieten, das ist für jede Firma Rufschädigend.
